Terms of Service

1. Scope; acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable order form or plan description presented during signup/checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts; security

You are responsible for your account credentials, activities under your account, and maintaining accurate registration information. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt to access non-public areas or accounts.
• Do not interfere with the service (malware, scraping at harmful rates, security testing without permission).
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to or that contains personal data without a lawful basis.

4. AI / decision-support disclaimer

Any AI-enabled outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased, and you are responsible for verifying results and for all decisions made using the service. We do not provide legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and we make no guarantee of outcomes.

5. Fees; billing

If you purchase a paid plan, fees, billing cycle, and included usage will be shown before you place an order. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law or expressly stated in an order form, fees are non-refundable. To avoid misleading checkout flows, the final step of any paid order should clearly display key terms and the action that creates a chargeable offer (see Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976), Article 12-6 (Indication When Receiving a Specified Offer)).

6. Service availability; changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may perform maintenance. We aim for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) retain all rights in the service, software, and content we provide. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription term, subject to these Terms.

8. Customer data

You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us rights to host, process, and transmit such data solely to provide and secure the service. Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy (published per Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003), Article 32). If we use cookies/SDKs or transmit user-terminal information externally, we will provide notice/choices in our External Transmission / Cookie Notice (Telecommunications Business Act (Act No. 86 of 1984), Article 27-12).

9. Suspension; termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if required for security or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time. Post-termination, your right to use the service ends.

10. Warranties; liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law; jurisdiction (Japan)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the service.
